Further to the Gilbarco Warranty Travel Policy Change bulletin from November 16th, Gilbarco has updated the Warranty Travel Exception Request form. Please find the updated version attached (Word and PDF formats).
Technicians must now indicate the TOTAL estimated travel time and whether a round trip is being requested. The total travel must include return travel if you are requesting 2-way travel for a call.
For example, if a technician will complete 2 hours of travel time with no round trip, enter 2 hours of total travel time and indicate ‘N’ for round trip requested. However, if a technician will complete 4 hours of travel with a round trip, enter 4 hours of total travel time and ‘Y’ to round trip requested.
