Please ensure that when your technicians change card readers at Costco sites that they also confirm the other side of the dispenser has the same software version. The sites will not operate efficiently if there are two different software versions on one dispenser.
The approved software version is 50.2.14; please note this is available on the NEE FTP site.
Subcontractors may log on to our FTP site using these directions:

To find the software:
- Select “Service”
- Select ”EMV Software”
- Select “Current” folder
- Please look for the “Costco HCR EMV 50.2.14 May 2014”folder
**Delete any older versions of this software from your laptops and ensure that going forward the new version is used at Costco sitesnot yet EMV live**
